We had 2 speakers from the Alameda County:  Colleen Budenholzer, Coordinated Entry Program Director, Alameda County’s Office of Homeless Care and Coordination, and Lucy Kasdin, Health Care for the Homeless Director for Alameda County.  They gave a joint presentation on what the County is doing.  There's a link to their presentation deck in the minutes, or you can find it here:

We had no speaker and few attendees but got a detailed description of OPD staffing issues from the police representatives.
