From September to October, crime was down in both beats, in every category but one: in beat 12Y, the category Other had 5 charges for threatening with weapons including tear gas, displaying weapons, and negligent firing of a gun. There was only 1 incident in that category in September. As far as I could tell no one was injured or shot in these incidents. October had the fewest reported incidents of crime (75 between both beats) since June 2021. Beat 13X had a total of 13 reported crimes in October, beat 12Y had 62. Even property crimes, auto-related property crimes, and vandalism were down. You can see the numbers in the report.
What we did have was 4 cases in beat 12Y with multiple charges in different categories. You can see them at the end of the list for beat 12Y (page 4); they have only been counted once but are shown separately.
